1 Can of Black Gloss Spray Paint per Shutter
Took me about 4 hours total,
that includes taping all the newspaper up around it.
yes, still need to do the ones on top,
but you can't tell from the pictures.
Do you think it's better, would you do the frame around the front door windows, black as well?

i would leave the trim around the door white... but you never know. it might look really good black. so pretty much, this comment is no help whatsoever.
